$13 Introductory Rate - A UNIQUE, self-paced journey designed to help women who are going through perimenopause, PCOS, menopause or are post-menopausal to regulate hormones and support their nervous system through nutrition aligned with moon phases. Participants will learn practical strategies to balance their bodies and embrace holistic wellness at their own pace. Moon Phase Nutrition is a rhythm-based, nervous-system–supportive way of eating that can be especially helpful during menopause, when monthly hormonal rhythms are less predictable. You will get meditations and recipes aligned with what phase of the moon we are in.
