Welcome to Moonfire Wellness!
That's my cat, Razzberri! She loves to eat, and so do I. Unfortunately, we are both very sensitive and can't always eat whatever we want. I have been on a long, transformative journey where I learned a lot about nutrition, movement, stress, light, rest, grounding, water, minerals, and much more.
I offer courses based on my journey and helping others to create their own special balance. I use whole foods first to help get your drainage pathways working in order, then we make sure you have all the minerals that balance out your special stardust. I have healed hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, acne, depression, fibrocystic breasts, carpal tunnel syndrome, constipation, and more. I would love to help you on your journey.



I have eaten many ways, but what healed me the most was a meat-based diet. I think protein is important, but so are healthy fats. I also add occasional carbs when needed. Most days are zero-carb, and that's where I am the healthiest.
We can use the HTMA test to determine what you need most to balance your minerals. We need you healthy, and that can take some time.
