
Hi, I'm Lisa, the creator of Moonfire Wellness. I hold certifications in hypnotherapy, holistic nutrition, and transformational psychology. I'm a former NSCA trainer with a degree in exercise science. My specialty is helping people reduce stress in their lives and focus on what matters.
I've studied functional labs with Primal Health Institute. However, I use a food-first approach based on lunar phases. This may sound woo-woo, but there is science and logic behind it. If balancing food and minerals doesn't work, we can look into lab work. Feel free to email me with questions.
